By purchasing or using products from Duct Tape Labs ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms.
1. Products
We sell digital products including scripts, configuration templates, guides, and documentation. All products are delivered electronically.
2. License
All products are provided under the Duct Tape Labs Personal Use License. You may use, modify, and deploy the code on your own infrastructure. Redistribution and resale of our products are not permitted. The Personal Use License is included with every product.
3. No Warranty
All products are provided "AS-IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that our products will work in your environment. They were developed on a specific homelab configuration and your setup will differ. See our Disclaimer for details.
4. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for reading and understanding all scripts before executing them
- You must test all products in a non-production environment before deploying
- You are responsible for backing up your data before applying any changes
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of all products complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- You must not use our products for any illegal purpose
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duct Tape Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our products.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We cannot revoke access to digital files once delivered. If you believe a product was materially misrepresented on our website, contact info@ducttapehomelab.com within 7 days of purchase and we will review your case.
7. Intellectual Property
You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our products. You may use and incorporate our code into your own projects for use on your own infrastructure. Attribution is appreciated.
8. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card information. Your use of Stripe is subject to the Stripe Terms of Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted with an updated effective date on this page.
